Websites and software for med spas in West Hollywood

Evening consultation requests with a deposit, intake forms done at home and the day's rooms on one screen, for West Hollywood's med spas and aesthetic clinics.

Updated October 16, 2026

In short

In West Hollywood a client can pass several aesthetic practices on one walk down Santa Monica Boulevard. Many book late in the day, with whichever site answers first. Our team builds that site and the software behind the front desk: the consultation request with its deposit, the forms on a phone and the evening schedule, priced in writing after a short call and planned with you at the practice.

Key facts

Who this is for in West Hollywood

In short

Practices of three or four rooms on the city's walking streets, whose clients often live close by and book once work is done.

West Hollywood's aesthetic practices tend to take upper-floor suites on Santa Monica Boulevard and small storefronts off Melrose Avenue and Robertson Boulevard. Others rent medical offices in the southwest corner, near the hospital campus. Shoppers in the Design District pass their doors by day, and the Sunset Strip keeps the north side awake at night. A practice here gets the walk-up interest that a strip-mall clinic rarely sees.

Care is a bigger trade here than the nightlife suggests. The Census Bureau counted about 5.1 billion dollars of health care and social assistance receipts in West Hollywood in 2022. That total covers every clinic and medical office in the city, not aesthetic work alone. Still, it means a new practice opens among many providers, and its website is often how a client tells them apart.

The practice we have in mind keeps consultation requests in direct messages, takes deposits by card over the phone and tracks memberships in a spreadsheet. Clinical charts and photos remain where the providers keep them now. What we add reads bookings, forms and memberships, and never touches a treatment note.

What the first ninety days look like

In short

A month to plan, a month to build, then a month to train the desk and switch over, with the price fixed in writing first.

A short call comes first, then the written plan with each page and screen priced, and nothing starts until the deposit clears. The first month then opens with an evening at the practice, in the busy hour, so we can watch how requests arrive and where they stall. We read your deposit and late-cancellation rules as written and list every treatment beside the providers who offer it.

The second month is the build, shown on a private preview link as each part is finished. We start with the treatment pages, sorted by what a client wants to change. The consultation request and its deposit step come next, then the intake forms, done at home the night before. Providers mark up the preview between appointments, and the next version answers their notes.

The third month belongs to the front desk: the evening room view, the membership counts and a training session fitted around the late appointments. That room view and the membership counts are a custom app with its own line in the plan. A practice of this size usually fits the Growth tier, and its price is in the plan from the first draft. The switch-over happens on a weekday morning while the current booking software keeps running.

The three pages that matter for a med spa here

In short

Most visits start on a treatment page; the consultation and visit pages behind it decide whether the client books and then finds the door.

In a city this compact, people often search while already nearby, outside a shop on Melrose Avenue or waiting for a table on the Sunset Strip. These three pages carry most of that traffic, so each has to load quickly on a crowded signal and answer its question near the top.

  • A page for each treatment that says what happens in the room, who performs it and how long it lasts. The consultation button sits up top, for someone reading between errands in the Design District.
  • The consultation page shows the evening slots the practice keeps, for clients who work days. It spells out the deposit terms ahead of payment, and the confirmation email repeats them.
  • The visit page names the entrance, the floor and the garage, and says whether parking is validated. It also warns that many side streets off Santa Monica Boulevard are kept for residents in the evening.

The concept app

The med spas page carries a drawn concept app called Treatment room, with four screens: Consult, Forms, Rooms and Plan. Set in a West Hollywood practice, they would show a request sent after work and the forms a client finishes at home. On the desk side come the evening schedule across every room and a member's remaining visits. We drew it to talk the work through; it is neither a product nor any practice's real system.

Common questions

Can a West Hollywood practice take consultation requests after closing time?

Yes. The request screen offers only the hours the practice keeps. Anything sent after closing waits for the morning, and an automatic reply tells the client when to expect an answer.

Can the intake forms be offered in Russian?

Yes, when the practice supplies or approves the translation. West Hollywood's east side has a long-settled Russian-speaking community, and some clients read a form more carefully in their first language. What each form asks, in either language, the practice decides with its advisers; this page gives no medical or legal advice.

Where do clients park for a West Hollywood appointment?

Wherever your building allows, and the visit page says it plainly: the garage entrance, whether you validate and how long the meters run. Many side streets nearby are kept for residents in the evening, and saying so up front spares a client a late arrival.

Can a member check the visits left on a monthly plan?

Yes, through a member login that the custom app adds. The desk ticks each visit off at checkout, the member sees the same count, and a reminder goes out a week before the plan renews.

Do we have to leave the booking software we use now?

No. The new site works alongside it wherever its maker allows outside connections, and the plan lists which parts change. The code we write is yours, so the practice can take it elsewhere at any point.

Start with a written plan

Tell us about the business and what you need. We reply with questions, then a written plan that lists the work and its price, and nothing starts until you have read it.
