A care plan is a monthly fee for our work looking after your site or app. It is never a hosting charge: hosting stays on your own account and your own card.

The footer credit

Every site ships with a small "Built by" link in the footer, and $500 comes off the price for it. Want it gone? That is a $500 line on the proposal, your call either way.

Terms

The same terms on every project, in plain words.

  1. A 50% deposit under $15,000. Above that, 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint, 30% at launch.

  2. Invoices are due in 15 days. Late balances carry a 1.5% monthly fee.

  3. Bank transfer is free. Cards carry a 3% surcharge.

  4. Nothing starts before the deposit clears.

  5. Change orders are priced in writing and built only once approved.

  6. You own the code and every account from the start. The license to the work vests on full payment.

  7. A 30-day warranty on bugs after launch. New features are change orders.
