How pricing works
Every project is priced on its own, in a written plan you read before anything starts. This page shows what moves the number and how you get to it.

In short
Projects start at $2,500. Past that, a project is priced by the work in it: how big it is and how much of your business it connects to. A short call comes first, then a written plan with the exact price, and nothing starts before the deposit. Monthly work after launch is priced in the same plan.
What drives a price
Each project is priced by the work it holds. Here is what moves the number, for each kind of work we do.
Projects start at $2,500.
That is a small site with a few pages and a contact form. Everything past it is priced from the work, as below. Business consulting is not a build: its growth plan has a fixed fee of its own, set on a short call.
Websites
A site is priced by its size and by how much of your business it connects to.
- Pages
- A small site holds a few, a large one up to a hundred, and each page is designed and checked on a phone.
- Forms
- A form that emails you is the simple end. Filing each request in your CRM, or booking a time, takes more.
- Words
- Pages you have already written take less work than pages we write from scratch.
- Extras
- A second language, ordering or bookings, a client login, drawings or motion made for the site.
- After launch
- A care plan is optional, for keeping the site updated and backed up with set hours for changes.
Custom apps and CRMs
Priced by how much of the business the software runs.
- Workflows
- One workflow for a few people at the small end, the whole back office for every role at the other.
- Messages
- Email from your own accounts, or text messages as well.
- Payments
- Card and bank payments, invoicing, a portal your clients or customers sign in to.

Priced by how many workflows run and how many of your tools each one touches.

AI
Priced by what each job takes on, in the written plan that follows a short call; the AI plan is a separate, paid map of where AI fits. The AI receptionist's own page states what its setup costs and where its monthly fee starts.

- The pages already carry what the engines read, so the month goes to the checks and the outreach. A site on one of our care plans counts too.

- The first months go to making its pages readable to the engines at all, so the fee is higher.
- What it buys
- The work and the monthly check. No engine sells a place in its answers, so no fee can promise a mention.
How a project starts
Every project starts the same way, in this order.
A short call
Tell us about the business and what you want built, on a call or in the start form, and which tools you already use.
A written plan with the exact price
Within two business days after we talk, you get a written plan: the work, the weeks it takes and the exact price, with the deposit and any monthly fee.
Business days are Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Los Angeles time, and never Saturday; a request after the day's cutoff (4 p.m., noon on a Friday, 2 p.m. on a Sunday) counts from the next business day.
Nothing starts before the deposit
Read it, ask what you want, and sign when it is right. The work starts once the deposit clears.
Terms
The same terms on every project, in plain words.
Two halves for smaller projects: 50% to start and the rest at launch. Above a threshold the written plan names, 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint and 30% at launch.
Invoices are due in 15 days. Late balances carry a 1.5% monthly fee.
Bank transfer is free. Cards carry a 3% surcharge.
Nothing starts before the deposit clears.
Change orders are priced in writing and built only once approved.
The license to the work is yours on full payment, and every account is yours from day one.
A 30-day warranty on bugs after launch. New features are change orders.
Care plans
A care plan is a monthly fee for our work looking after your site once it is live. It is never a hosting charge: hosting stays on your own account and your own card.

Common questions
Why is there no price list?
Because a list would guess at your project. Two businesses that ask for the same thing rarely need the same work, so each project is priced on its own, in a written plan after a short call.
What is the smallest build you take on?
A small site: three to five pages, a contact form that reaches you by email and the SEO baseline, live ten business days after the deposit.
How soon do I get a price?
Within two business days after we talk, in the written plan. It lists the work, the weeks it takes, the exact price and the deposit.
How much is the deposit?
Half to start on a smaller project, and the rest at launch. Above a threshold the written plan names, 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint and 30% at launch. Nothing starts before the deposit clears.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Bank transfer is free, and cards carry a 3% surcharge.
What if I want something the plan does not cover?
It becomes a change order: priced in writing, and built only once you approve it.
Can the scope grow in the middle of a project?
Yes, as a change order: the difference is priced in writing against what has already been built, and the new scope starts once you approve it.
Are hosting, domains and software in the price?
No. They run on your own accounts and your own card, at cost, and we never add a markup. We set them up in your name and stay an admin so we can do the work.
What does a care plan cover, and what does it not?
Monitoring, backups, updates and the hours of changes each plan names. Never hosting: hosting, your domain and any software run on your own accounts and your own card, and a care plan is our work looking after what runs there.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Either side can end a care plan with written notice, and email counts. There is no cancellation fee.
What is the footer credit?
Every site ships with a small "Built by" link in its footer. The smallest site's price already counts it, and on a larger site the written plan takes its value off the price. Taking the link off the site is a line on the plan instead, your call either way.
Do you still do SEO?
Yes, on every site: metadata, a sitemap, structured data and fast pages are part of the build. The ongoing monthly work is GEO, which works at making your pages the ones AI answer engines quote, and checks each month whether they were.
