In short

We design and build phone-first websites for small businesses in Los Angeles, on code and accounts in your name. Each site starts from a written plan that lists every page and the price, and a Starter site begins at $6,400. You can edit the words and photos yourself.

Definition

A small business website: A small business website is the set of pages that tells people what a business does and how to reach it, built to load quickly on a phone and to be read correctly by search engines. A good one answers the questions customers ask before they call and sends each inquiry somewhere the owner will see it. Unlike a social profile or a marketplace listing, it runs on a domain and hosting the business owns, so the business sets its own words and keeps its customers' details.

What you get

Every site we build is its own code, written for one business rather than a theme with new colors. A Starter site includes the list below, and the larger tiers add pages and connections to your other tools.

  • Pages laid out for a phone first, then checked on a desktop
  • A contact form that reaches your inbox
  • Metadata and structured data on each page for search and answer engines
  • Text and images you can edit yourself, with a walkthrough at launch
  • A private code repository in your name from day one

How it goes

It starts with a short call about who your customers are and what they ask before they buy. From that call we write the plan: the pages, what each one says, the price and the deposit.

Once the deposit clears, you watch the pages arrive a few at a time on a private preview link and send changes as you go. At launch the site goes live on hosting and a domain in your name, with us as an admin rather than the owner.

Where it fits

Sites come in three tiers. A Starter site starts at $6,400 for a clear site with a working form. A Growth site starts at $11,900 and adds more pages and a CRM hook, and a Flagship site starts at $20,400 for a site that has to sell as well as inform. Every tier carries a small footer credit that takes $500 off the price, and removing it costs the same amount.

Three ways to get a website

Most owners weigh a custom build against routes that look cheaper at the start. The difference shows up over the years you keep the site.

A worked example (hypothetical)

Picture an independent bike repair shop whose only presence online is a social page. Customers call all day to ask what a tune-up costs and whether the shop works on electric bikes.

A Starter site at $6,400 would cover it: a home page, a page of common repairs with the shop's own prices, a page on electric bikes and a contact form that sends each request to the shop's email.

If the shop later wants each request in a customer list it can follow up from, a Growth site at $11,900 adds that CRM hook and two automations, such as a text when a bike is ready.

From the work

The case studies below are builds we can open on a call and walk through page by page, on a phone or a laptop.

Common questions

How much does a small business website cost?

Our sites start at $6,400 for the Starter tier, and the largest tier, Flagship, starts at $20,400. The written plan prices your actual pages before you commit.

Can you move my site off Wix or Squarespace?

Yes. We rebuild the pages as code you own and carry over the words and photos worth keeping. Before launch we set up redirects from the old addresses, so links that people and search engines saved keep working.

Will my site show up in Google and in AI answers?

No one can promise a ranking or a mention, and we never do. We can promise a site that search engines and answer engines can read, with clear headings, metadata, structured data and a sitemap.

Do I need a care plan after launch?

No, it is optional. A care plan is a monthly fee, from $169, for us to keep the site updated and backed up. Without one, any later change is priced in writing first.

What do you need from me to start?

A short call and a list of the questions your customers ask most often. Photos and any text you already have help, but none of it has to be finished.

Start with a written plan

Tell us about the business and what you need. We reply with questions, then a written plan that lists the work and its price, and nothing starts until you have read it.
