Websites and software for med spas in Beverly Hills

Consultation requests that take a deposit, intake forms filled in on a phone and a room view for the desk, for med spas and aesthetic clinics in Beverly Hills.

Updated October 16, 2026

In short

A med spa in Beverly Hills competes with practices a few doors away, so its site has to take the consultation request and the deposit from a phone, and collect the intake forms before the visit. We build those sites and the desk software behind them for practices from the Golden Triangle to Wilshire Boulevard, and the written plan that follows a short call carries the price.

Key facts

Who this is for in Beverly Hills

In short

An owner-run practice with a few treatment rooms, on Wilshire Boulevard or in the blocks around it, whose clients book from a phone and expect the same polish online that they meet at the door.

Most of the aesthetic practices in Beverly Hills sit in the medical buildings along Wilshire Boulevard and in the quieter blocks around Roxbury Drive and Bedford Drive, with a few in suites above the shops of the Golden Triangle, a street off Rodeo Drive. A client can walk past three of them between a parking garage and lunch on Canon Drive, and will look all three up before choosing one.

The Census Bureau counted about 2.2 billion dollars of health care and social assistance receipts in Beverly Hills in 2022. Medical and cosmetic practices are a large part of the city's trade, so a new practice here opens next to established ones and has to read as well as they do from the first week.

This page is for the practice run by its owner, with two to six treatment rooms, that still takes consultation requests by phone and direct message and keeps packages in a spreadsheet. Treatment notes and photos stay in the software the providers already chart in; what we build sits in front of it and reads only bookings, forms and packages.

What the first ninety days look like

In short

After the deposit, a fortnight at the practice, the build on a private preview link, then launch with the front desk trained.

The plan, sent after a short call, prices every page and screen, and the work starts once the deposit clears. The first two weeks are then spent at your front desk and in writing. We read the deposit and cancellation policy as the practice wrote it, list the treatments and who performs each one, and note which steps the desk still handles by hand.

Weeks three to eight are the build. The treatment pages go up first, grouped by the concern a client arrives with, then the consultation request with the deposit step under your own terms, then the intake and consent forms on a phone. Each piece lands on a private preview link, so a provider can leave a note between appointments and see the change the next day.

The last month is for the desk: the room and provider view, the package counts, and an hour with the front desk on the parts they will touch every day. The room view and the package counts are a custom app, priced on its own line in the same plan. A site for a practice like this usually lands in the Growth tier. How long the treatment menu runs decides the price within it, and the plan states that price before any work starts. Launch is a morning, not a weekend, because the booking software you already run keeps working throughout.

The three pages that matter for a med spa here

In short

The treatment page, the consultation page and the page that tells a client how to reach you, in that order of traffic.

A client in Beverly Hills arrives at a practice site from a search for one treatment, a friend's recommendation or a map result, almost always on a phone. Three pages carry nearly all of that traffic, and each has a job the others cannot do.

  • The treatment page: what the treatment is in plain words, who performs it, how long it takes and what the aftercare asks, with the consultation request on the same screen.
  • The consultation page: the concern, a date to pick and the deposit under the policy the practice wrote, with the terms shown before the card is charged and repeated on the receipt.
  • The visit page: the entrance, the floor, the parking garages nearby and the hours, because a client who has paid a deposit should never circle the block looking for the door.

The concept app

Treatment room is the concept app drawn for the med spas page, shown here too because the same four steps come up in a Beverly Hills practice: the consultation request, the forms on the client's phone, the day's rooms on the desk and a member's plan with the visits left. It is a drawing we made to talk through the work, not a product and not any practice's system.

A consultation request on a phone: the concern, a date to pick, and the deposit button under the policy the practice set.

Intake and consent on the client's own phone before the visit, each form saved to the client's card.

Today's rooms and providers on the desk, with the open slots easy to spot.

A member's plan on the desk: the visits left in the package, each ticked as it is used.

Common questions

Do you meet med spas in Beverly Hills in person?

Yes, once the plan is signed: the work starts at the practice, usually between the morning and afternoon appointments, and the walk-through before launch is there too. Between visits we work over shared screens and in writing.

Can a client request a consultation and pay the deposit from a phone?

Yes. The request screen shows the concern, the open dates and your deposit terms, and the card is charged only after the client has read them. The booking or payment platform named in the plan handles the money, never the website on its own.

Can the site show before-and-after photos?

Only of clients whose written consent the practice holds, and only the photos it chooses to publish. The gallery reads a flag on each client's record, so a photo comes down the day consent is withdrawn. The wording of that consent is the practice's call, with its advisers.

Where do the forms a client fills in on a phone end up?

In the practice software you already keep charts in, wherever that vendor lets outside tools send a signed form. The public site stores none of it. Which forms are required and what they say is for the practice and its advisers to decide; nothing on this page is medical or legal advice.

How long does a site for a Beverly Hills med spa take?

The plan is written to launch inside ninety days, and the dates in it are the ones we hold to. A practice that wants a client login for packages and memberships adds a few weeks for the custom app, and the plan says so before you sign.

Start with a written plan

Tell us about the business and what you need. We reply with questions, then a written plan that lists the work and its price, and nothing starts until you have read it.
