Permit Matching

Permit Matching is a design-build contractor serving Greater Los Angeles and Southern California, and the site is where a homeowner meets it: the services, from ADUs and remodels to ground-up new construction, the cities it builds in, and how a project runs from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

The people who land on it are homeowners with a project in mind and plenty of questions about it. Planning an ADU or a remodel, they want two answers quickly: does this contractor do this kind of work, and does it build in my city? They also want to see how the process runs before they pick up the phone, because a remodel is a large decision.

We gave each service its own page, from ADUs and kitchen remodels to full renovations and new construction. Each page says what the work is and answers the questions homeowners ask about it, and those questions are marked up so search engines read them as questions and answers.

The screens below are a replica of the public site drawn over made-up cities and projects, so nothing in them is the business's own. Walk it the way a homeowner would: the home page, a service, a city, the contact form, then the portal a homeowner follows a project in.

The main cities in its service area have pages of their own, so the second question has an answer too: a homeowner in one of them sees that it builds where they live.

Each city page carries the services offered there and the way to get in touch, so a homeowner can go from the home page to the right service and the right city in a click or two.

The process has its own page: from a free consultation, through the design and the plans, to the build and the final walkthrough, marked up as a HowTo so search engines can read the steps as steps. A standards page puts the commitments the business makes on every project in writing.

Once a project starts, the homeowner follows it in a portal of their own: an access code, the phase the project is in, the updates, and the next step.

The structured data describes the business as a GeneralContractor with its service area and an offer catalog of its services, and the service pages add FAQ markup for their questions. An llms.txt gives answer engines a plain summary of the business.

The site is live. A homeowner can go from the home page to the right service and the right city in a click or two, and the process page answers what happens after the first call.
