AI for an industry
AI for med spas and aesthetic clinics
AI that answers new clients' questions about treatments at any hour and leaves each consultation request for your desk to book, and never gives medical advice.
Updated October 16, 2026
In short
For a med spa, AI earns its place on the phone and in the follow-up. It answers new clients' questions about treatments and prices after hours and, where your booking tool lets it, offers open consultation times, and your desk books each request from a written note. It never gives medical advice, and with no BAA today, the written plan prices only jobs that health details would not reach.
Key facts
Zenoti reports that 2025 consumer survey data shows 71 percent of med spa regulars are comfortable interacting with an AI receptionist.

The AI jobs that fit a med spa
The jobs below are the ones we would suggest building first, in order, each priced in the written plan that follows a short call. A job with its own page links to it, with how it works and what moves its price.
- AI receptionistTakes new clients' calls about treatments and prices while the desk is with a client and after you close, offering open consultation times where your booking tool lets it and leaving the desk a note of each request.Receptionist care, a monthly service fee after launch. How it works
- AI follow-up, text and emailSends one follow-up, by text or email, on a treatment price your desk quoted to someone who asked and has not written back.Ops retainer, a monthly fee after launch. How it works
- AI website chatAnswers questions about your treatments from your own pages and takes consultation requests for the desk, opening with the fact that it is AI.A care plan, a monthly fee after launch. How it works
- AI call reviewScores the calls new clients make about prices and consultation times against a checklist you approve, with a weekly note for each person on the phones, provided the written plan settles first that those calls carry no client's health details.Ops retainer, a monthly fee after launch. How it works
Where the line is
What it never does
It never gives medical advice
A question about a treatment or a reaction goes to your provider, and the receptionist says so. We do not offer a BAA today, so we do not build it where clients' health details would reach it, and for a med spa the written plan settles that first: whether each job can run without clients' health details reaching it. A job that cannot is not built.
It works with your booking tool
We connect to the booking tool you already use when it has a way in for software, and the written plan names it before we build. That connection only shows the receptionist and the chat which consultation times are open; nothing goes into your schedule until your desk books it.
Without a way in, they take the request and the times a caller prefers, and the desk calls back with one. A deposit stays with the step your booking tool already runs once your desk books the time, since neither job takes payments.
A worked example (hypothetical)
Picture a med spa in Beverly Hills with two injectors and one person at the front desk. Calls about a first consultation come in while the desk is checking someone out, and after six the line goes to voicemail.
Those calls would go to the receptionist, which would answer price questions from the spa's own menu and offer the open consultation times; the desk would then book each request from its note between clients. When the desk quotes a price for a peel and the person does not write back, follow-up would send that person one note about it. On the spa's written plan, the receptionist would be priced for the one number it answers and follow-up for that one kind of note.

Your rules, your lawyer
In short
We build it and warn you in writing about the legal side. We do not give legal advice, so the rules your AI follows are yours, set with your lawyer.
No legal advice
We flag the questions in writing, and your lawyer answers them. This is general information, not legal advice. Your rules are yours to set with your own lawyer.
Common questions
Can it answer questions about our treatments?
From your own pages, yes, such as what a treatment is and what a first consultation involves. It does not give medical advice and passes those questions to your provider.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We make no such claim, and we do not offer a BAA today. That is why we do not build it where clients' health details would reach it: the written plan settles first, job by job, whether each one can run without them, and a job that cannot is not built.
Will it work with our booking tool?
That depends on whether your tool lets outside software see its open times, which we check before anything is built. If it does, the receptionist and the chat offer those times. If not, they ask which times suit the client. Either way, your desk books every request they pass on.
What does it cost each month?
For the Beverly Hills spa above, the receptionist runs on receptionist care and the quote follow-up on the ops retainer, two monthly fees its written plan states. Should the spa add the chat, a care plan keeps it current, and call review, if it adds that too, runs on the ops retainer as well. On top of those, the spa pays for its calls and its AI usage at cost, through accounts it owns.
