Long Beach
Websites and software for med spas in Long Beach
Booking, intake forms and a member login for Long Beach med spas with one location or two, whether on Second Street or in Bixby Knolls.

In short
A Long Beach practice often serves clients from neighborhoods miles apart, and some run a second location to meet them. We build the site and the software for that: shared treatment pages, a consultation request that asks which location, phone-friendly forms and a member login. A short call comes first, and the price follows in a written plan.

Who this is for in Long Beach
In short
A practice that may run two locations in a long city, for clients from the beach to the north end who rarely want to cross town.
Long Beach stretches a long way, and its aesthetic practices follow the neighborhoods. Downtown Long Beach has suites in the office towers near Pine Avenue and in medical offices close to the downtown hospital, with the East Village just beyond. Belmont Shore has practices above the boutiques of Second Street, close to the water. Bixby Knolls, to the north, keeps its own along Atlantic Avenue.
The port gets the attention, yet care is a large trade here too. The Census Bureau counted about 5.6 billion dollars in health care and social assistance receipts in Long Beach in 2022. For a practice, that means a city used to paying for care and a crowded field of clinics. A client weighing two practices will often decide on the site.
The practice this page imagines has outgrown a single desk: two locations, a few providers who move between them, and members who visit both. Its clinical records stay where they are. We build the booking, the forms, the packages and the login that ties a member to both locations.
What the first ninety days look like
In short
Once the deposit is in, three weeks to plan both locations, about six weeks of building, and the final stretch with each front desk in turn.
The price is settled first, after a short call, in a written plan that covers every page and screen, and the work starts once the deposit clears. Planning then takes the first three weeks, because there are two desks to watch. We spend a morning at each location, note where they differ on hours, deposits and treatments, and agree what the shared pages say.
Everything is built on a test site both locations can open. We begin with the shared treatment pages, each naming who performs it where. A visit page per location follows, then the consultation request that asks which one a client wants. The member login comes last, because it depends on everything else being right.
In the closing weeks each desk gets its own training session and its own room view, while the owner sees both. With two locations and a full menu the usual fit is the Growth tier, at a price the plan fixes before work starts. The member login is extra, a custom app with its own line in the same plan.
The three pages that matter for a med spa here
In short
With two locations the three pages split the work: the treatment pages are shared, while each location keeps its own consultation and visit pages.
A client here usually searches for the treatment first and the location second, and expects the site to settle both without a phone call. The pages below do it in that order.
- Each treatment page names who performs it at each location. A client in Bixby Knolls may not want to drive to the shore for a first visit.
- The consultation page asks whether the client wants the downtown suite or the one on Second Street. It then shows that location's open times and its deposit rule, which can differ between the two.
- For the downtown suite the visit page lists the garage and how far the A Line station is. The Belmont Shore page explains the metered lots behind the shops, because street parking there fills up on weekends.
The concept app
We sketched Treatment room for the med spas page, and its four screens fit a two-location practice well. Consult would ask which location and Forms would travel with the client. Rooms would show each desk its own day, and Plan would count a member's visits at either one. It exists to help work out what you need; it is not a product, and no real practice uses it.
Treatment room
A consultation request on a phone: the concern, a date to pick, and the deposit button under the policy the practice set.
Intake and consent on the client's own phone before the visit, each form saved to the client's card.
Today's rooms and providers on the desk, with the open slots easy to spot.
A member's plan on the desk: the visits left in the package, each ticked as it is used.
Nearby
Torrance, west along the coast, and Downtown LA, a train ride north, are covered by pages of their own. The Long Beach location page and the trade page are linked with them.
Common questions
Can one site serve both of our Long Beach locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own visit page, hours and deposit rule, and the consultation request asks which one a client wants. Members sign in once and see their visits at both, while each desk sees only its own rooms.
Will the forms work for clients who read Spanish or Khmer?
Yes, if the practice provides the translations or has them checked. Long Beach has large Spanish-speaking and Cambodian communities, and a client may answer more fully in the language spoken at home. What each form says is decided by the practice and its advisers, and nothing we say here is meant to replace medical or legal advice.
Who owns the site and the member login once they are built?
The practice does. The code sits in an account in its name, hosting is billed to its own card, and it can hand the work to another developer whenever it likes.
Is parking a problem for a practice on Second Street?
Street spaces in Belmont Shore go early on weekends, so the visit page points to the metered public lots a block from the shops. It can also suggest a weekday time for a first visit, when parking is easier.
What can a member do after signing in?
See what is left on a package or membership, book the next visit, update the card on file and download receipts. Anything clinical stays out of the login and inside the providers' charting software.
Start with a written plan
Tell us about the business and what you need. We reply with questions, then a written plan that lists the work and its price, and nothing starts until you have read it.
